1131A有源探頭(與E2669A差分連接套件或E2668A單端連接套件一起使用)是為了與Infiniium 2.5 GHz 54853A示波器一起使用而設計的。這種組合為探針提供2.5 GHz的全系統(tǒng)帶寬。InfiniiMax*大限度地提高了干涉測量(如瀏覽)或不干涉測量的性能，如焊接、凹口連接或SMA連接。
